Pizza Rustica pops up all around south Florida, some are better than others. For the Delray location, it’s ok. Too much flop, the cheese fell right off and it’s very greasy. Crust ok and flavor basic.

Not bad for a square pan pizza. Great spot for a after a night of drinking. Open until 3AM.

I did not expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The crust was thin and well cooked. The cheese and sauce were not spectacular, but they were good enough that I would eat there again. Both lacked a robust flavor. The sauce was a bit on the sweet side . They really have a lot of Roman pies but I always stick with a plain slice to judge.

Hot garbage. Cheese was gross, greasy, weird taste, and no structure

First thought.. looks very greasy. First bite.. good crisp on the bottom. Not getting much sauce, but taste pretty good.
