Stop #3. Grandma style but was cold (intentionally?). Wasn’t the best. Good sauce just not the best. Would recommend the other style first

I feel like Dave scored this perfect. This slice looks like it would be an 8.3 but comes in a little lower. It did have a good amount of sauce, but I didn’t love the sauce. I thought it was decent. It had a good cheese blend. What stood out is that it is very thin like paper, thin and still firm. The slice had good things going for it and it’s just under Elite but if you’re in the area, definitely worth checking out. Slice costs $5.50

The regular slice has 0 flop. Thinner than I expected but good. Extremely oily with a good crunch on the crust. Over all really good pie. 7.7 The tomato pie was given to me cold which maybe normal? But either way if it was hot, I’d give it a higher rating. The sauce is sweet which I love. The slice has the fluff of a Sicilian with a great crunch in the crust. 7.7. Easily could be in the 8s if hotter. Def recommend trying both but they have completely different tastes.

The cook is amazing ! Cheese and sauce top notch ! Only gig was little greasy but that’s to be expected with the pepperoni.

Extreme pedigree alert Eye test- killer Execution- fine Ratio- fine Cheese- nothing special. Adds absolutely nothing Sauce- nice taste, a tad sweet, far from special Dough- nicely baked, tastes like nothing Overall impression- has a pretty good overall taste but lacks any special quality that puts this in the land of travel worthy. The thick circumference and the very thin middle with sauce and cheese is unique, but that doesn’t make it good. Orff, after looking back on his career as a composer said, “I focused on touching the soul.” This does no such thing

Something changed since I had it 1.5 years ago. The crust is still perfect. Crispy throughout. But something with the sauce seems ehh. It’s kinda pasty and ragu ish. Overpowers the cheese blend a bit too. Still a solid pizza but a bit of a step backwards
