Pizza Shoppe

A lot of nostalgia from childhood with this place. I personally love it but trying it again as a less-than-amateur pizza expert I realize it might not be for everyone. The crust is sweet. It’s soft, thin, and delicious but I’m sure the sweetest throws some people off. The sauce and cheese is great. Used to be my favorite Friday night pizza spot as a kid. Still one of my favorites every so often. Try it!

This place cares more about their bar business than they do about putting out a quality pie. Disappointing.

My benchmark for all reviews is reginas and ernestos in Boston. First off 40 minutes for a medium cheese, I was hoping for better. What I got was bowling alley pizza, no sorry that would be a disservice to bowling alleys because I’ve had better alleys. Literal alleys. All flop and like eating straight dough. Sweet crust, sweet sauce and by the way warm at best , 40 minutes my ass. I’m so sick of biters reviewing with toppings. Cut the crap guys and gals, benchmark your pizza reviews with cheese only. I’d say it was 13$ wasted but hopefully my review will stop someone else from making this mistake. I do like the taste of the sauce but I also love mustard on my hot dog. I get it , locals love it but if they ventured outside of western mass they would know that this doesn’t deserve to be called pizza.

Major flop. This pizza is a 5.3 at best. The bottom is soggy with no crisp, kind of like raw dough. The flavor is like a buttered croissant which is the only thing helping this sloppy piece of sh*t like Jack's.

The pastry pizza, a tasty sweet dough and sauce. It's got flop, but it's like a candy pizza. For sure worth the trip.

I’m a pizza guy from a pizza household. My father says “buongiorno” every morning. This is football pizza; the crust=delicious but fantastic pizza is hard to come by in this area. 4.9. #grease
