OK, here we are on a gloomy Friday, but we’re keeping the Friday pizza streak alive I believe. Been doing a lot of pizza reviews lately, I need to get it back down to just once a week. There was some confusion about pizzerias, as I originally went to Pleasantville pizzeria, but I did it already. All good, we’re back on track. This pizza, looks thin, looks tad, greasy,but let’s see how it is. Now, after biting into it, it’s a tad floppy. I’m a tad undercooked in the middle. Unfortunately. If they crisp this sucker up a little bit, you’re going to get a higher score. But some pizza places just don’t give a crap. What can you do. It’s an average slice of pizza.

Local pizza place in my town. 0 flop, poor undercarriage. Was a little cold but I had it to go so that’s on me, it tastes good though.

My hometown slice, never is bad. But definitely wouldn’t drive more than 10 minutes for it. Staff is awesome as always. The pizza is floppy. But I do like their cheese. And the crust is pretty good.

Two heavy and loaded premium slices (costed a premium too) but both had a great undercarriage and held together easily, with a beautiful crisp in the crust, which was impressive that the baked ziti had ricotta mixed with it and the Buffalo chicken slice had plenty of really good chicken on it. I rate both slices an 8.5 each. If the wing sauce on the Buffalo slice had more heat and/or a blue cheese drizzle, it would creep into the 9s. But no, 8.5s on these fantastic slices!

1 cheese slice and 1 BBQ chicken slice, 12:35pm on a Friday, $7.78 Pros: Thin and saucy. Bit of crisp in the crust Cons: Not a lot of flavor, tastes a bit like an oven and reheat. Not that late in the day for a slice that tastes like it's been sitting out. Chappaqua pricing. Verdict: Cheese slice isn't the great but not bad either. Looked like it might have been real good but the flavor didn't happen. BBQ slice was just a bit better.

Typical pizza. Nothing special. Crust is okay. Expensive for typical pizza. 2 slices (1plain & 1 pepperoni) $8.

Walked in to see two employees with their backs turned to the door. After a minute one guy looked over his shoulder and said “what’s up”? I said hi and he turned back around and continued working. I had to ask to order. I Placed an order for a plain slice. The slice was delivered one minute later. The cheese was not cooked nor was the slice hot. Then I asked to have the slice reheated. Right then a pretty lady walked in and captured the attention of all three workers. Five minutes later I was given the slice in the picture I used for this review. They apologized and then he made another slice. Too little too late. A picture is worth 1,000 words.
