High quality ingredients and specialty pies. Love the buffalo mozzarella. I am a bit confused about what a true Roman style pizza is. I’ve tried many interpretations of it. This is one is really close to what I would consider classic Neapolitan but a bit thinner and less chewy.

The pizza is more of a fancy pizza. A lot of Ny flop. The crush could have been thicker & crispier. The flavor was very good. Overall good pizza & I’ll repeat but don’t think it’s an 8.5 pizza.

Taste is great! Crust is bland, sauce is watery. Very thin slices with no flop, but still a good pizza.
