Sauce was good, not too sweet or overly herbed. Cheese was in good proportion to the sauce, and was good quality. The undercarriage was nice, but the crust wasn’t as crispy as I would’ve liked, and was maybe a bit too thin. The cornicione could’ve been chewier, it seemed kind of bread-like to me.
Overall a decent slice. I think if it had been crispier, a bit larger, and a bit greasier, it would have been very close to the pizza near where my grandparents lived in Queens, and is the pizza to which I compare all others.
