Served New York Metropolitans warm in 3-4 minutes with zero Price St. crisp and a heavy Linden flop.
First Bite Score: 4.7
The sauce if non existent which makes it very difficult to score something you can’t taste (or even know it’s there). I am 💯% positive that it helps the pizza in no way, at all! The Mozzarella is soupy with no salinity or chew. To boot, it is very oily and has a slight fermented tinge, but not in a good way. The dough tastes like rehydrated matzoh balls with absolutely nothing else added to it. No undercarriage or char.
SUB SCORE: 3.0
SAUCE: I’m not sure if there was any.. however what was there was absolutely forgettable
MOZZARELLA: I’ll be nice and refer to that substance they placed on top of this disaster as mozzarella. But it was very bad
DOUGH: worse than the worst dollar slice in the entire universe.
Just simply, BAD!
RATIO: the ratio on this slice is consistent and perfectly awful.
Summary:
I’m not sure what the other reviewers ate to give such high scores but I’m sure it wasn’t a slice from Pizza Town. There is nothing redeeming about this slice. This is too 10 all time hideous slices of all times. Please avoid this place if you have the option.
