I seriously have no idea why Pizza Town is so good. I understand why Dave gave this place a 7.5 the first time around, cause that pizza didn’t look like it deserved praise. Ever since the new owners took over, the pizza quality has increased dramatically and it could rival many places in NYC. The sauce is flavorful and delicious, and so is the cheese. The char on this is unbelievable, and it adds so much taste. No flop either. The way this pie was made is also very consistent. I’ve had multiple pies here over the past few months and they’ve all come out awesome. This place deserves a rescore for sure.
