Aside from the nice tasting cheese, what is this pizza trying to be? The base lacks any crisp, and the crust any chew- I don’t get it. It’s not NY, it’s not Neoplatonic, it’s not London style pizza, it’s just whatever. The sauce was literally tomato puree, absolutely no additional flavour. It’s fine in a pinch but extremely disappointing. Cheese is the saving grace.
