Fusion at Union

Just a squishy Neapolitan. Probably the floppiest pizza I’ve ever seen. On the plus side, it was fresh and the flavor was good.

Neapolitan. Got the chicken bacon ranch. Too much cheese, made for a bit floppy, but a good pie

Argentina pizza all cheese zero sauce! Thick Sicilian style crust.

Marinara has really good zing to it. Nice hints of basil in the flavor. Bit floppy, but nice under carriage. Good char on the crust. Pretty solid pizza, not gonna lie Franklyn. If this had some more crisp i could see it in the high 8’s. That’s a review Franklyn!!!

That was a full pie. A tad salty off the bat( maybe the cheese blend), the rest of the slice more than makes up for it. Thin. Heavy flop but crispy, with a beautiful char flavor. Great sauce and burnt, bubbly crust. An absolute STEAL at the price for a full pie. Absolutely worth the short drive off 84. Lost a few tenths due to saltiness. Great pie.

Bronx (meat) pie. Good flavor. Floppy, soupy, greasy undercarriage. Nice flake and crunch for crust.

The brick oven pepperoni was better than the thick crust. There isn’t anything special about either of these pies and the wait time was over an hour. Very Disappointed.

Are second time here defiantly encourage the brick oven thin crust a little soft but well made !

Good ingredients but a little greasy

Top is nuts and bolts and the bottom is Italian scallion. Both are Roman style. Nuts and bolts a solid 8.6 and the Italian scallion is a 9.2! Amazing pizza and amazing atmosphere! Plus Peroni’s on tap!

Ok Pizza. Lite on the crust. Crust is crispy. It’s very oily thought. Middle of pizza was soupy.

Light crust, nice sauce, good cheese. Very nice, easy to eat slice. The ratio’s were very good. Could’ve been a little crispier, but that’s all personal preference. In the top 2 or 3 locally. **Gluten Free pizza available also**

Was expecting much better based on all the hype. Bland too much sauce. Pretty weak slice. Ugly pizza.
