Crust was just the right amount of flop, also had a nice taste of charcoal from the oven. Sauce needs some tweaking in my opinion but overall tasted great.

Little too much flop. Fresh mozz, great sauce, crisp crust. Zero grease. All in all pizza was fresh, light, and incredibly good.
