Everyone knows the rules... Decent slice. Too much grease.

If I hadn’t been 15 minutes late picking up my pizza, I would have never seen with my own eyes that none of the pies are made fresh; all of them are pre-made and reheated. This is what leads to the abundance of grease gushing from each slice. Considered to be one of the top pizza spots in Bay Ridge, I found it to be a bit overrated. When it comes to describing the cheese & sauce, the only words that come to mind are: basic, standard & generic. Not to say that’s bad, this is very much a pizza’s pizza. The sauce does have a little tang to it, sitting atop average dough with a fairly decent crisp, most likely due to the reheat factor, which also causes the crust to taste slightly stale. Open very late, clearly a good spot for drunken after hours slices, which has helped this joint’s legacy and made it an institution among Brooklyn pizza. But don’t go out of your way for a pie that’s just a notch above typical NYC dollar slice pizza.

Pizza not that great ! Barely any flavor , only subjected to one particular type at 12am. Had us wait outside in the cold for a slice, before they even got our order. Over priced , no flavor in the sauce . Don’t really recommend ! ✌🏿

This has been a Bay Ridge staple for many decades! Just about everyone from Brooklyn has been here at 2am for some late night slices!

Place was packed on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. 2 slices served to me hot just as I like it. Lots of grease which I don’t mind. I just let the excess grease drip off. Sauce is on the sweet side - a little too sweet for my tastes. Cheese and crust were good. Brooklyn Flop because of the excess grease. Would have been much better with a dash or two of pre-oven Oregano.

Ehh better than average N.Y. Slice. Probably one of the most overrated slices in Brooklyn considering the reputation. Not a slice you’d go out of your way to get.

Great texture, good cheese, good sauce. Very solid pizza, would go to again for sure. Sicilian way better, probably 8.6 or higher. Sauce is amazing on Sicilian

I’ve been eating pizza wagon ever since I was a baby. Seriously, they would cut my pizza into tiny pieces for me. Anyway, I’ve tried pizza ALL OVER NYC, and I’ve never come across a better slice. It’s a touch on the greasy side, but with a little napkin action, you’re all set for a perfect NY slice. Also, for the squares, always get a corner. Fight me.

The score is for the regular slice of course. I had higher hopes for this one based on looks alone. It has a thin crust that you’d think would be crispy, except it wasn’t. Pretty basic overall. The sicilian slice was definitely better. Interesting tang to the sauce, veryyyy cheesy. Don’t waste your time with the regular, go for the sicilian like slamo would.
