Alright we are back. A long awaited pizza season. Months of subpar food compared to pizza. Mainly galamad. And pretending that the jarred Randazzo sauce is anywhere near the original sauce in the restaurant. Anyway we hit a classic pizzeria to try their Sicilian. We’ve heard good things about the square from Pizza Wagon. And it didn’t disappoint. A solid square. Not too doughy. Very cheesy which I like. Good sauce. Good job by the chicanos working behind the counter. My only issue is I ran into a bus driver that I knew and he didn’t stop talking about his stupid houses. We get it you are a landlord and bus company pays ya well. Fuck off Baldie, I have pizza to eat, foosball to watch, and beer to drink.

Good New York style pizza. Good flop, crisp undecarriage, good taste. Not very tangy but I liked it. Pepperoni was really good

In the top-tier of NY slices I've had in CA. Great crunch and sauce that actually tastes like NY. Nice guy that thanked every customer on their way out. Small little spot that feels like NYC!

Sauce ratio is perfect. Has the distinct NY sauce taste. Nice crunch in the crust. Honestly the best pizza I’ve had so far in SFV

enough for an 8. I’m a big sauce guy and this sauce is awesome. good crunch, it’s a little heavy but a solid slice nonetheless.

One of the best places to get a slice in LA. No flop. Perfect undercarriage. Crust is very crispy. Not too much grease.

Cheese slice! This was a pretty good slice perfect thinness crust cheese all were good the sauce does lack flavor but a solid slice

Crust didn't have much color or char. Cheese has a nice tang. Sauce, a little bland. It's about average when it come to NY pizza. I've had better in LA.

Let’s be honest here. Dave gave Casserta’s in Providence a 7.4 or 7.2. This is nowhere near Casserta’s. The sauce is so so and the dough has that like squeeky texture. It needs to be baked a bit longer.

Fantastic. The dough and crust taste great, and they aren’t cheap with toppings. My go-to is pepperoni with garlic. My only improvement is cooking it slightly longer in the oven to get the bottom a little crispier. I’ve tried all the pizza in the area this is the best taste.

Delish. Minimal flop, thin crust, good cheese to sauce ratio. Loved the small “roni” cups that were perfectly distributed.

Best Pizza, I have tried. Zero flop. Thin and crisp. A little greasy but not too greasy. Slight chew in the bite but definitely a Portnoy style pizza. Closest thing thing to New York and New England Pizza. Would like to see what the pres. thinks.

It’s ok. Nothing special. 6.7. Really crispy. Pretty thin, no major dough taste. The cheese and sauce mix is good, but it’s too crispy for me. Flat like a board. Also the guys in there could care less about Covid and sanitation.

Forgot the picture until I almost ate both. But the cheese was better than the pepperoni. I’m giving the cheese a 7.8 it had a really good flavor, but it could have used more crunch.
