Is this a sexy pie or what!!! For me my new favorite pizza in the state so far this has everything I look for in a pizza plus no call ahead, cash only and I’m sure a limited quantity per day. First off the crust, the foundation is an incredibly airy, crispy and charred masterpiece that’s got a new haven flavor. The sauce, tangy and plentiful that almost gets lost when it comes to the cheese and that’s were this pie takes off even more. Multiile blends of what seems like a fresh mozz and low moisture which is a killer combination in itself is then taken out and given an overdose of incredible grated cheese to finish it off. Guys this is one of the best pizzas I have ever had, trashing the hype I already had for it and a total destination spot. Owner and staff great people and real foodies too loved to chat with them and can’t wait to try the owners other spot Joeys in Thorndale soon!!

Fantastic pizza, everything I like. Great crunch great size and a litter thicker of a slice. Sauce is absolutely phenomenal and cheese is great too. Guy who runs the shop is a weirdo though. Still great

Gotta give it a monster score, great fresh and delicious no flop well cooked and great undercarriage. Little bit of grease but not too much also love the sauce, fantastic work.

Ordered a cheese pizza, spoke to the owner (nice guy), crust was flavorful, right amount of salt. He said he uses a blend of flours, but praised 0 flour. Cake yeast and traditional crust. Sauce was sweet, nice balance. After it comes out tops with grated pecorino romano. Perfectly cooked, a bit of cheese grease (don’t hate because he uses a good quality of cheese). Netting a major west Chester flop. But worth the drive!

Legit the best pizza I’ve ever had. ZERO flop. Well done without asking. So much crisp. The shredded parm to top it off gives it such a good taste. I also think there’s a few different cheeses on here. It’s so flavorful!
