Ordered a cheese pizza, spoke to the owner (nice guy), crust was flavorful, right amount of salt. He said he uses a blend of flours, but praised 0 flour. Cake yeast and traditional crust. Sauce was sweet, nice balance. After it comes out tops with grated pecorino romano.
Perfectly cooked, a bit of cheese grease (don’t hate because he uses a good quality of cheese). Netting a major west Chester flop. But worth the drive!
