Pizza Whirl

Alright had the pizza out of the oven at the restaurant. Asked for it well done. Didn't come out. I'm from Connecticut and I know my good pizza. This place does new York style in a wood fired oven. First off it is disproportionate to much cheese to to the crust. And it looks like a hockey rink pizza. Crust is not as crisp as I'd like. Dave let me know when you are in Cleveland. Being from Connecticut and you Mass. We'd have shit to talk about my dude. Anyway I'd never be back only if I was starving.
