As a little disclaimer- I’ve had there other ‘specialty’ slices and they are spectacular. You can’t go wrong with their Mac n cheese or Buffalo chicken slices for lunch.
The dough was thin but fluffy. The undercarriage was crisped and dark, but not burnt. The dough tasted phenomenal with a bit of a buttery undertone. There was some flop and I imagine there would have been more of the Brooklyn flop if it was an eight cut.
There wasn’t a ton of sauce. The sauce was a bit sweet and subtle.
The cheese was browned in spots but not over cooked. There was little to no grease which was great.
This pizza was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed. When I’ve gotten cheese slices warmed up I would give it mid 7s. This particular pie gets an 8.2.
