Pizzacraft Artisan Pizzeria

I had the basic cheese pie. Look, it’s good, but dang that crust is no joke. When they say no flop, they mean NO FLOP. The crust is hard, like viagra crust on steroids. With crust like that, you could add some extra cheese+sauce, and it would still hold up. Great pie, just needs more on top to offset the terminator crust. We also had the bacon carbonara pasta, and it was NUTS. I give that pasta an 8.7. Incredibly good, and super fresh ingredients. I’ll pass on the donuts next time, which were essentially these fried dough balls. I give those a 7.1. Overall, great place! I would definitely go there again and get extra sauce and cheese on the pizza.
