Pizzaiola

One bite...... Aesthetically this pizza is not very pleasing. It looks like the chef closed his eyes and cut it with his left hand. Overall though this is a solid family/football slice. Biting into it you are immediately hit with a good tang from the sauce. The cheese to sauce ratio is proper while the flavor of the cheese itself is alittle underwhelming. The dough itself is nice and thin with not alot of flop. The crust wasn't super crispy which usually to me is a deduction HOWEVER this crust really harkened back to the idea that pizza men were bakers. The crust had alittle crunch but it also had a pleasant bread like texture which I surprisingly enjoyed. Overall on a Friday this is a great slice to shut the kids up or even to cater your next Lions club meeting. That's a review
