Pizzaiolo Express

I used to come here when it was Pietros and it was my go to spot. 1st time coming since it changed hands and man, super disappointed. Sicilian is on review as always. The sauce is the best part. Nice and robust, solid flavor. The cheese was kinda weird tasting and wayyyyyy too much. The dough and crust was ok, nice crunch but none of that usual Sicilian thickness and chew.

No flavor and basically raw try not rushing the house pie out to get me out of the door cause I won’t be back 5.2 is being nice

Sauce has a unique tang to it, that you’ll either like it or hate it. Good crust.

Solid slice. Decent flop, minimal grease, good crisp. Sauce has a good tang to it. One of the better pizza places in Oyster Bay (there are many).

Absolutely horrible. Made by a teenage girl flipping the pizza peel around touching the floor. Pizza was not cooked through and it was a think mess. I’ve had pizza from there and it was ok when the owner makes it but this was as bad as it gets. Go to Nino’s for the best pie in town.

Pizza has got a nice crust no oyster Bay flop but the cheese is a solid eh not great nothing really special about it garlic bread is good tho so my review is a solid 5.6

Pietro’s is most often the best pizza in Oyster Bay. Good flavor. Good taste. Solid crust. The problem is a lack of consistency. Often times I would rate it a mid 7 but others it’s only a high six.
