Pizzaiolo

Tried Pizzailo in Milton and the toppings and cheese were solid—really flavorful and generous. Crust has a nice chew and the sauce has a good balance, not too sweet. That said, the undercarriage could use some work. The bottom of the pizza was a bit soft and lacked that crisp or char you’d expect from a great slice. If they can dial that in, this place would easily be top-tier.
