Pizzaiolo Italian Eatery

Good cheese, good sauce, no real flop, good char all around, crust isn’t chewy but isn’t super crunchy. This pizza reminds me of Bertucci’s pizza. Tastes very fresh and isn’t too heavy. The ratio of dough, sauce, cheese works well. The cheese is pretty stringy which is always good. A solid pizza honestly. I got a cheese along with a pineapple and linguica. Little light with the toppings but still good stuff. Little bit on the spendy side but definitely worth a try if you are around it.
