Pizza was very good. Not too much of a flop. Lacked somewhat of a taste. Crust was a bit off. Not sure if it was due to dough being a bit too thin. Sauce was perfect texture and had a nice taste. Cheese I really didn’t really notice anything special about it. Overall, a very good pizza. Definitely a quality pizza. Look at those leopard spots. Would try it again.

Got the Buratta pizza. The Buratta came out in a ball in the middle of the pie. First time I’ve had Buratta. It was cold and hot at the same time. Not sure if that’s normal. But it was good all the same. Liked the balsamic vinegar drizzled over top. Pretty good pizza BUT… Cons: overloaded with salad greens and it was damn near $25(!!!) for what was essentially a personal pizza. It was an above average pizza, but for $25, it better be served on Kim Kardashian’s chest. Good pizza though. The price point lowers what would’ve been a solid 7.5 pie

Napolitano light, tasty

This fancy pizza was thin and a mess. The fresh mozzarella would fall off immediately when you would pick up a slice. Definitely not a good first impression to see all of the cheese slide right off. However the sauce was really good and there was plenty of it. Sometimes on these kind of pizzas the oil they top the pizza with seeps into the sauces and makes it taste bad. Thank goodness this was not the case because the score would’ve been much lower.

Standard Neapolitan fancy pizza. Cool place, good drinks, great downtown location. I wouldn’t order this for a pizza night or game day but, I would be back the package.

Not great, especially compared to the rest of their food. The burnt/charred taste overwhelmed everything else, but was also very soft in middle. Won’t be getting again (plus they didn’t even make it with the correct toppings).

Bianca pizza is very good. Little flop. Fresh ingredients with outstanding ricotta. Crust done perfectly.

A slice of sausage pizza dissected with a raw dough center, runny tasteless sauce, sausage overpowered by fennel, string cheese and a limp crust that felt like it was heated up in a microwave. A waste of time and money.

Fancy pizza. Not enough to fill you up unless you eat an entire pie.

Anyone who thinks this is good pizza never had good pizza. 20 bucks for a 10 inch pie. Major flop, chewy, bland crust, sauce was good but not at all spicy as someone else said. Cheese was tasteless and hardly any on the pie. They compliment it by putting two shriveled up basil leaves on it. Are they trying to make it gross? This pizza was a huge disappointment. Looks good, tastes like shit. But I’m sure all the yinzers will love it.

Alright Jenn...Thin fancy pizza. The thinness made the burned bottom more prominent. Sauce was ok. Not crispy even with the char on the bottom. Slice was hard to hold since the middle was so thin. Everything fell off when I picked it up. Small and expensive. We just paid $18 for six small slices of maybe the worst pizza in Pittsburgh. Beer was cold. That's a review

This pizza wears designer clothes and has a housekeeper. Its kids go to an expensive private school. Maybe I am just not a fancy pizza guy. This is OK. It doesn't suck. But I prefer my pizza with a solid work ethic and a dirty pair of work boots
