This is a solid pie. Got this well done. No flop, solid undercarriage, nice crisp. A little oily, but so far my top spot on the east side

One bite everyone knows the rules. Huge flop for wood fire and some grease but good. Best in the tri county area and best I have had in greater Seattle. I wouldn’t travel more than 25+ min.
