This is the original pie. (Garlic oil, basil, oregano) First bite reminds me of Papa Ginos in the texture- the garlic oil comes theough. Good undercarriage, crust is the best part! I did ask for it to be slightly well done.
They have other styles - crackery tavern style and square.
Smoked mozzerella sticks were really good too, you get some of the slightly smoky flavor.
