Pizzamore

This is wood fired pizza out of a food truck. This pizza was okay. My pizza felt like it should have been left in for a couple more minutes because the crust really needed to be crisped up as it was very floppy and the lack of crisp gave the crust a pita like texture. The cheese was good but not great and the sauce was slightly below average. Just ok pizza.
