Excellent pizza! Toppings were fresh and unique. The dough was killer, and made from a 200 year old starter! Was like a regular dough/ciabatta hybrid. Best pizza I’ve had to date!

The sauce is amazing, excellent crust and zero flop. A 9,1 because of the crunchiness on the crust and the amazing savoury sauce. Frankie likes is cheese. But still a great rating of 8,4. 🍕🇮🇹

Best crust I’ve ever had. The simple red sauce was the best. Do not get the mortadella and hummus. Fermentation was perfect on the dough.

Depending on the slice your score will go up or down. The plain sauce pizza was a 9 but the rest were about a 8.4. No New York flop

It’s our first day in Italy/Rome...we had just gotten off of 12hr’s of travel with little food & sleep, so this is probably an inflated score. Solid crunch. Tray style za, similar to Old Forge, PA. Some of the toppings were a bit overwhelming. Would have tried straight cheese if it were an option.

No cheese slices that day but really good marinara. Get there early to avoid crowds!
