Here’s a story about Pizzaro’s.
I grew up on Wakelle Ave in Ansonia. Back in the 90’s these 2 guys Louie and Larry built a brick oven and made the most outrageous pizza this side of New Haven. The place was called Roma Pizza.
Fast forward and Larry broke off from Louie. Louie stayed at Roma and Larry moved to Seymour. Built another identical brick oven and started Pizzaro’s.
I can’t tell the difference one to the other so I’d tell you either place will make your taste buds sing.
And just like Dave Portnoy I don’t give out a 8 or higher score unless the pizza is legitimately spectacular.
