Italian style pizza. I’ve had it before and loved it, but today was honestly a bit underwhelming. The best part about this pizza is the dough, I could eat the crust all day! It’s delicious. The sauce is a bit watery and overall it felt lacking today. It’s somewhere between bougie fork and knife pizza and foldable NY pizza, but neither really works as an approach without it falling apart. Enjoyable, but perhaps a tad overhyped.

Fluent in the art of decency. Chili oil helped add flavor, but without it, it’s just your standard Neapolitan. Cool art deco though

Overall great taste. Heavy on the sauce and light on the mozz. It was a little messy and floppy but I’m a fan of this style for sure.

Dave is only slightly off on this one! Excellent flavor on the crust! A bit floppy but perfect balance of crust and light sauce! Leopard spots show a perfectly prepared pie!

Solid pizza, thin thin crust great light sauce. The crust has awesome flavor but mad flop. Great flavor but missing the crunch and crisp
