Score is based on the white pie which had great crisp. Dough seems to have higher protein content so there is a good amount of chew. No flop. The plumber slice had good flavor, but the amount of sauce and cheese made it pretty heavy. Decent amount of flop on this slice. I’d go 7.3 on the plumber. Solid place
