Pizzeria 201

Dough has nice fermentation flavor, sauce it rather traditional and delicious. Good crust on the outside, middle flops a bit. Topping are of high quality. NOTE: this if from the pizza trailer, not the brick and mortar restaurant.

Never tried the cheese pizza yet but the Black & Blue and Fiery Pepperoni were fantastic on hand tossed dough. Carry out only the day I was back there.
