Pizza looked better than it tasted. Calzone pizza mashup. Gooey cheese, outer crust was crispy, but the middle was messy.

Always amazing. My go-to spot in W Seattle. The Chef is a member of the Neapolitan Pizza Foundation, and uses 00 flour from Naples.

Forgot to take photo when I got it, here’s an hour after. Got the marinara with mozzarella. the garlic was in too large of chunks, okay flop to it, bubbled up a little which didn’t bother me but what did bother was the bubbles were a bit burnt. Now tasting the sauce alone, I thought it was quite good. They had lots of fancy pizza. All Sorts of fancy shit, if you are into the fancy shit this could be the place for you.
