Pizza Review
Can’t go into the fives for this one. Despite fresh ingredients, and a great happy hour deal ($15 for a pizza and beer) this place unfortunately fell short. The ingredients were clearly fresh, but the pizza was insanely floppy. It literally fell apart in my hand, as seen in the picture, and the toppings just slid off. The sauce was ok, but not quite there. Same with the cheese. You could tell it was fresh dough eating the crust, but it almost felt uncooked. The real killer here was the lack of crunch for a wood fired pizza. When I say 0 crunch, that’s being completely literal. Would come back just for the happy hour deal, but that’s about it.
