This is top notch pizza.

My score is based on the regular style pizza. It was good, nothing special. Very crunchy. The Detroit is definitely better, I’d give it a 7.9. It’s also hard to find a Detroit pizza around here.

Did the Classic Detroit and the N.Y. style, combo score. Fresh ingredients, great crust , very tasty. Detroit is a far cry from Fenice (absolute best 9.2) but still worth the trip

Pizza doesn’t get better than Baci. It’s never been “written up” or reviewed by anyone prominent. It’s in a small strip mall in northern westchester in a town no on has heard of (Montrose). The owner is as passionate about Pizza as anyone you’ll meet. But I promise, this pizza rivals any of the NYC greats.

Avenue J My Favorite Pizza

Drive an hour to try this place. Got there at 4pm and probably drove the guy crazy trying to decide. I’ll start by saying DiFara is my absolute fav. It’s got the same vibe but newer. I got a NY and a Square pie. The NY was absolutely amazing. I ate the whole pie on the way back home. It’s a notch below DiFara but I see the influence. I live 2 hours from DiFara. 1 hour from here. I’d say I found an extremely suitable replacement for my fix!! The NY is a 8.9 and the Square is an 8.6. If you are a fan of DiFara, go here!!!

Saw the reviews and felt the hype. Went to check for myself and it's real real good. Pizza was fantastic and that sauce.... I could fill a hot tub with that sauce it's that good. The Ave L is the real deal.

Baci's square pizza looks like it'll put you in a food coma, but it's pillowy and relatively light. He's got a lot of pizza styles to try. They're all great, but this is my favorite. The sourdough crust is like no other pizzeria.

Came on Wednesday when they do an outdoor Woodfired Pizza. Lots of flavor and great ingredients.

Having just moved into Hudson Valley I’d been looking for a pie that I could stand behind. I’d lived in New Haven 8 years of my life and it’s tough to find a pie that carries weight. This is not New Haven style but the crust is light and thin with a good amount of char. The sauce is slightly sweet but incredibly fresh. The cupped pepperoni with hot honey was prime time. They also feature Wood Fired Wednesdays and that’s also worth the trek up this way. I’d be hard pressed to find a better pie in the lower Hudson Valley.

Large Avenue J pie. Light and crispy. Great quality dough. Def top 5 in westchester county.
