Really solid pie. The drizzle or one of the cheeses has a really tasty and interesting tang. Worth the visit. Very good pizza. Pricey but good.

Coal fired oven creates a delicious char and crunch. The mozzarella is always made fresh. Favorite pizza in AZ (from a New Haven, CT pizza snob). Seating is a challenge was there is a wait to be seated and particularly challenging when hot out.

great tasting crust and sauce, the pizza is moderate to good overall but doesn’t wow you but the cook time and signature taste makes it worth trying

Easily the best wood burning brick oven pizza in the valley. No one gets a 10. But it’s a solid 9.5. Beautiful char. Great flavor.

Sonny Boy didn’t get taken out on the causeway at Chris Bianco’s joint. Biancoverde is a beauty to behold, too.

Had a flop, but great sauce, cheese and nice crust. This pizza is called the sonny boy. Spicy Salome and olives.

Everyone I talk to says this us best pizza in AZ...even "the country". If I was blindfolded I'd probably rank Costco pizza higher. It was New Flop City with this place

Ordered takeout from Pizzeria Bianco. Very pricey but once I got to the restaurant I understood, very nice upscale restaurant. I ordered two pies. A Margherita pizza and the Sonny. I won’t rate the Margherita, it’s score would be embarrassing, I guess it didn’t hold up well on the 8 min drive. The Sonny was very good, had a nice Smokey flavor with a crust that delivered a nice crunch. The salami and olives added a nice balanced flavor! I there is a next time, I would eat in the restaurant to get the full value of the price of the pie.

Best Pizza I’ve had in Arizona since I moved here. Bianco Napoli tomatoes are # 1 in the country. This pizza speaks for itself

Chris Bianco is a master of the craft of Pizza making. The Rosa is among my favorite thing he offers. Definitely one of the top pizzerias in the USA.

Great cheese, could’ve had a bit more cheese and brought the sauce closer to the edge. Little too much crust.

This place is the real deal. My style pie too, crispy, light, and bougee. The sauce is zesty and sweet, it cannot go unnoticed. I got a half margarita and half sausage pie, it was electric. I’ve said this in a review before; if there’s a bubble you take. And there are plenty of bubbles on this pie, beautiful undercarriage too. Wow, I’ll be back often. Also worth noting that the service and ambiance are all-time. They typically have a long wait, but they own a bar next door you kill time at while you wait for a text saying your table is ready. I ate a pie to myself and you should too, you animal.
