Every pizza at Pizzeria Bianco, is not only delicious, but beautiful pieces art. The tomato sauce is sweet with a hint of tang at the end and pairs well with their very flavorful mozzarella cheese. The slice itself, all though being a little floppy, is also very flavorful with a perfect balance of crunch and chewy texture. After visiting Pizzeria Bianco for a second time, it’s safe to say this is one of my top 3 favorite pizzas I have ever tasted. I encourage any resident of LA or those who are just visiting, to stop and grab a slice for themselves.
