Thin, Flying Tomato (pic), or Chicago Deep Dish Born and raised in Chicago 30 years, it’s nice to find a real pizza in Omaha. Family owned and could not be nicer. Crust is perfect, sauce is great, cheese nails it.

The thin crust was thicker than we were expecting. Great sauce and cheese was good. Will try the deep dish next time.

Solid Chicago style pizza in Omaha. Sauce is very good. Crust could be a bit crisper, but still good.

Legitimate Chicago deep dish. Great sauce. Back crust is a little pedestrian but overall good stuff

Wow. I have never had a pizza that was more ambivalent about being a pizza or a breakfast pastry. The crust is sweet and flaky like a strudel, the cheese belongs on a bar pizza, and the sauce is more suited for canned spaghetti. The only reason it gets a 2.0 is because it is edible.
