Strong crust, creative sauce. Needed a bit more mozz and the pep was lacking. solid undercarriage brought this into the 7’s, but sadly nothing to write home about.

Great crisp and charred crust, perfect amount of sauce with drops of pillowy mozzarella. Right amount of sweetness in sauce to compliment thin textured snappy crust. Middle of pie a little doughy, but the freshness and flavor save the day...

Neopolitan is a hard category to dominate. This is a good pie that nails the three bite flow. Soggy to from to chewy/crunchy. I’d put it high on the SF Neopolitan stack but tough to say any neopolitan pulls through the crowd so far.

Couple of key numbers here. 3rd Pizza Review in the app. Less than 24 hours since the original download. Couple dozen pizzas in the last few months. Delfino's Margherita DOP (pictured) is the current undisputed champion of SF.
