The difference between this style pizza in the Midwest and the East coast is the sauce. In the Midwest they emphasize cheese over sauce. On the East coast I feel like they try to give you a good taste of a tangy sauce on this razor thin style pizza. I like it, but it's not my preferred. Still a good pizza. It's a 7.1 here in Chicago but I just know our East, Thai pie would probs have more noticeable taste and the score would go probably mid 7's for me

So this is weird. I'm on a good gangster tour. I'm told this is the definition of Chicago pizza. Sauce has a really nice kick. Crust not overly dougy. This might be the most refreshing deep dish pizza I ever ate.

It’s gone. It’s all fucking gone. I lost across the street at Ballys but I won here. I can’t be more straight forward about my strict pizza rating. 9.1. Fuck you world. This place gets it and you don’t.

Had the „Uno Deep Dish“. Was a very nice and solid deep dish. Very crisp and buttery dough. Cool flavor combination with the chosen ingredients.

One thin crust, one deep dish. Both very solid. Gotta lean thin crust here, very solid pie and why go deep when there are so many other options?

I think it was originally 8.1 but was kinda drunk. Don’t dig deep dish but respect those who do

Best deep dish in Chicago nothing better! Try with a side red wine vinaigrette let the bottom crust soak it up on the plate.

Deep dish place but wanted to get the thin crust instead. Good crisp and light

First time having Chicago style pizza in Chicago so I don't have a comparison to go on. However it is good! I'm from Jersey/Philly so it's different than what I'm used to.

Pizza crumbled when trying to pick it up and did not have great flavor

Excellent sauce, lots of gooey cheese, and the Italian sausage was fantastic. And they don't skimp on the sauce like Lou Malnati's.

A Chicago classic. Be cautious when eating. The pizza is so delicious that if you eat too much you will put yourself in a food coma. If you find the happy medium between comfortable and full this is an excellent choice for Chicago deep dish. Highly recommend.
