The difference between this style pizza in the Midwest and the East coast is the sauce. In the Midwest they emphasize cheese over sauce. On the East coast I feel like they try to give you a good taste of a tangy sauce on this razor thin style pizza. I like it, but it's not my preferred. Still a good pizza. It's a 7.1 here in Chicago but I just know our East, Thai pie would probs have more noticeable taste and the score would go probably mid 7's for me
