Pizzeria Enzina

Great tasting dough and sauce. However, my pizza was a bit of a flop fest, and personally was a little too thick and doughy for my taste. Probably a little too much cheese as well because there was a healthy amount of grease on the top. Definitely a good and fresh decent pizza, but probably wouldn’t go again - it’s probably just not my style though!

Best pepperoni pizza ive had in my 9 years in the city. Loves the sauce and the pepperoni is perfect. Not too greasy and a perfect crust to it. I order well-done usually to make sure its nice and crisp and this hit the spot. Was going to brkng some home to my gf but ended up eating the whole pie. Well deserved score

First time trying Enzina’s. Very impressed by the sauce, has a great synergetic relationship with the cheese blend. Underbelly was chewier than expected. Got it well done, would prefer it cooked a little bit longer. Crust had a great char and bite, was the difference between a 7 and 8 Za. Overall great slice, 8.1 is fitting. I would go back!

Ate every last piece. Owners an amazing guy who cares about his customers satisfaction. Sat us at a table, brought us water talked, had great convo. All around great atmosphere and pizza is outstanding

Damn good pie

This place was a find. As the server described it, a cross between Neopolitan and Brooklyn. The crust is a tasty Neopolitan style with just the right amount of char and the cheese/sauce ratio is right out of Brooklyn. Sauce has just a touch of sweetness but not at all overwhelming. Flop is overrated IMO so not a factor in my evaluation. Would absolutely return next time I’m in the area.

Great pizza in a cozy spot - love it more and more every time I order. I like the pie well-done for a little extra crisp.

Got the Bufala (pictured) and Vegitana. The ingredients and and flavor are top notch, but the crust is too thick, chewy and soft. There’s zero crunch on these pies. The Bufala was super short on cheese as well.

I asked for it will done and this is how it came out—excellent pie. Cheese is quality and tastes it, and the whole pizza just tastes crisp and fresh. Crust is a tiny bit doughy but it’s easily the best pizza around.

Really good. Reminds me a bit of Regina. Potential for higher score with a little more cooking. Should have had them cook it longer…my bad.

Quality za, easily the best I’ve had in Waltham! Not to much flop which is a rarity in the greater Boston area. The cheese is good but the sauce is the best part of the pie. The sauce extremely tangy and fresh. The crust is fairly soft with a decent flavor. Definitely worth a try
