Pizzeria Enzina

One of the best pizzas I have ever had, didn’t lack in any aspects great undercarriage, flavor plentiful, cheese to sauce ratio excellent, I can’t find anything bad to say. I have had pizza all around the east coast including the highest rated pizza places via Dave Portnoy, nothing compares to this. Dave needs to come back.

Delicious bread and cheese combo, fresh ingredients with a great crust... would come back again in a heartbeat, cool atmosphere.

Great host great taste and flavor

Big fan of the menu, cheese bread is bomb.com But the pizza, dough and crust perfecto. Lightly used sauce. An perfect stringy cheese when it comes outta the oven.

Rookie score would be 9.0 My score 8.4 for a great pizza. Undercarriage was on point, sauce was a little too heavy, cheese & grease ratio close to perfect. If Dave wasn’t full that day and he ate this pie…8.1 all day

Ask for well done if this is your type of style, insanely delicious. Cheese sauce dough combo on this pizza is hard to beat. Cheese is just phenomenal.

Cheese and sauce combine for excellent flavor. Great cheese, blend, and fresh sauce, crispy crust, do this in a brick or coal oven, and you’ve really got some thing.

Best pepperoni pizza ive had in my 9 years in the city. Loves the sauce and the pepperoni is perfect. Not too greasy and a perfect crust to it. I order well-done usually to make sure its nice and crisp and this hit the spot. Was going to brkng some home to my gf but ended up eating the whole pie. Well deserved score

First time trying Enzina’s. Very impressed by the sauce, has a great synergetic relationship with the cheese blend. Underbelly was chewier than expected. Got it well done, would prefer it cooked a little bit longer. Crust had a great char and bite, was the difference between a 7 and 8 Za. Overall great slice, 8.1 is fitting. I would go back!

Ate every last piece. Owners an amazing guy who cares about his customers satisfaction. Sat us at a table, brought us water talked, had great convo. All around great atmosphere and pizza is outstanding
