Large variety of slices at this place. I had 3 of this batch. Generally I thought the sauce was nice and they went heavy on the cheese. Biggest issue for me was the dough. Each one had issues with the dough being not cooked enough or too stretched out to hold the cheese and sauce.
My 6.9 was for the grandma which was more doughy than a traditional grandma slice but the sauce really stood out and brought up the score.
Had the Portnoy which I guess is supposed to be a thin crispy slice. A bit cheese heavy and wasn’t that crispy. I went 6.7 on that one.
The margherita was the disappointment of the bunch. The dough was so thinly cooked I couldn’t hold the slice. Became as floppy as a fish out of water and couldn’t finish it. That one was a 5.5
