Pizza Review
One of my favorite pizzas in Montreal. Amazing, tasty crust. Amazing structural integrity (no flop). They only to artsy-farsty pizzas, so you need an open mind to go there, but it’s top of the shelf in its category. I took the impasto, which has no sauce. So, that’s weird. It could use more cheese too (did I just say that?) Otherwise, it’s tasty as hell.
