Really nice dough, could easily tell it's been made fresh. Just lacking some mozzarella to get the score into the 8s at least.

Incredible fluffy, flaky, wood-fired crust. Light sauce, decent cheese. One bite, but the whole pie is about 8 usd. Only one country away from Italy, and pretty authentic. Downside is wasn’t cut so I made a mess of myself, but it was worth it.
