Pizzeria Grande

Ordered no contact delivery because every so often you get the most obnoxious delivery driver who doesn’t read the delivery notes. For the second time in 2 weeks this delivery driver didn’t read the note then proceeded to bang on every door in the house until someone answered meanwhile yelling your name (one of those times at 8:50pm in a dark hallway because the light sensor is broke and the switch is inside the apartment). Not to mention I have a sick neighbor upstairs and a family member who just got home this morning from the hospital with a stroke. Today I finally ask for a refund and the manager lies to the slice app customer service people. Me, my family, roommates, and neighbors all have been ordering from here for years but the service and lies today leads to a never again. For the record their pizza is actually about a 7.1 (football pizza) and everything else is awful. To that one super nice Italian delivery driver, YOUR THE MAN. To the Wayne’s world wannabe driver who can’t read, your half the problem. Clearly the other half is the management who just don’t care which explains the steady decline over the years. What a shame.
