Great crust, very fresh sauce and cheese

I waited 6 months to finally get to do a pizza review here. Highly recommended by the head executive chef of my hotel. Here in the artsy town of Safety Harbor FL, with it's many boutique shops. 1. They are only opened Friday and Saturday 5:30-8:30. Plus they close for 6 months out of the year. 2. I got to walk thru town while waiting for my pizza, on this Saturday night. I very rarely get off on a Saturday! 3.Greg the owner does cooking classes on the side, and takes pride in his work. The quality is at least 2 steps above most any place you can go to from here to NY. 4. Overall it was great how a wood fire oven produced a dough that was similar to a high end NY style place. Cheese was fantastic. Sauce was not a tradition taste and a bit acidic.

Really good fresh pizza. Greg is a great guy. Knows every customer great environment. Crust is crisp, cheese is fresh , light pizza very tight. Noah gave it a 7.5.

Alright Frankie....fancy pizza at Nona. When I say fancy, I’m still paying it off and we can’t make rent this month. Definitely costly for a pie that size. Actual pie does have ingredients that are fresh...Good crunch on the dough, cooked over a flame. But little lite on the cheese for my liking. Fresh pie, but a little over hyped. I had set the bar high and it fell short.
