For our sleepy town, it’s a 9 or more. But we gotta consider a world of pizza. Excellent char, nice thin crust, good cheese if a little conservatively applied (which I understand), zero flop to speak of.
I wasn’t the biggest fan of the sauce. I feel like a less sweet sauce would but this up a whole number grade.
Still excellent pizza, one of best in courtenay.
