I’ve had some decent Neapolitan pizzas here but it can be hit and miss

Ultimate flop, no tomatoes on top of a margarita. Basically a sloppy cheese pizza. Crank the temp of that oven give me some undercarriage and a crisp crust. 5.4 decent for California

Good wood fired pizza. Not the best. But good for California. Sauce had a nice tang to it. Crust was cooked great.
