Great pizza it does have flop but great flavor could have been a little more crispy I would say this is probably more Neapolitan Style

Quality ingredients and incredible flavor. Bit of a soupy mess towards the center. Service was wonderful. Left feeling that the beautiful wood fire pizza oven could be better utilized for a crispier pie. Will be back.

GF Free Review: Best and most authentic Italian pizza in the PNW. Pizza maker not Italian but trained in Naples. Gluten free dough very good, fluffy, fresh, not frozen- you can tell they mastered their own recipe. Fresh toppings and friendly staff. Ps the wood-burning oven comes from Italy 🇮🇹🇺🇸
