Deli italia is keeping it OG Italian. Using a OO flour and Semolina for the undercarriage. Uses quality ingredients to top, fresh Mozzarella. This pie I got has a lil too much sauce and I had to give it 7.9 has potential for mid 8’s

Can’t stop coming back here, gotta be the best pie in Denver. Sauce has a tangy fire-roasted tomato flavor and the crust is truly perfect; light and crispy with a pastry-like buttery taste. Balanced and refined, Deli Italia has got it goin on.

Light. Little flop. Crispy bottom and crust. Won’t blow your tits off but a very solid slice.
